Rhubarb Crumb Tart
Rhubarb Crumb Tart is an moderately easy dinner. Made with 1 c. flour, 1 tsp. baking powder, 3 tbsp. powdered sugar, 1/3 c. oleo and 1 egg, beaten, this recipe delivers authentic, satisfying flavors. Ideal for meal prep and leftovers taste even better.
For crust, mix flour, baking powder and powdered sugar in a medium bowl.
Cut in oleo until it forms coarse crumbs.
Add egg and milk; stir until a ball forms.
Pat into a greased 11 x 7-inch baking pan.
Place rhubarb in crust; sprinkle with Jell-O.
In small bowl, mix the 1/2 cup flour, 1 cup sugar and 1/3 cup oleo together until crumbly.
Sprinkle over rhubarb mixture.
Bake at 350Β° for 45 to 50 minutes.
Allow to cool until firm.
