Ranch Pudding with Whipped Cream
Ranch Pudding With Whipped Cream is an moderately easy dinner. Made with 1 c. dark brown sugar, 3/4 c. light corn syrup, 4 eggs, beaten, 1/4 c. whiskey, rum or brandy and 1/4 c. butter (unsalted), melted, this recipe delivers authentic, satisfying flavors. Butter a 9 x 9-inch dish.
Sprinkle 1 cup of chopped nuts and raisins on the bottom of pan.
Combine brown sugar, corn syrup, eggs, whiskey, melted butter, vanilla and salt in bowl and blend well.
Pour over nuts and raisins.
Arrange nut halves on top. Bake at 400° for 10 minutes.
Reduce heat to 325° and bake for 25 minutes.
Serve with flavored whipped cream.
