Quick Tortellini Soup is an moderately easy dinner. Made with 2 cloves garlic, 1 tbsp. olive oil, 2 (14 oz.) cans chicken stock or vegetable stock, 1 (9 oz.) pkg. fresh tortellini (cheese filled) and 1 (14 oz.) can italian stewed tomatoes, mashed slightly, this recipe delivers authentic, satisfying flavors. Saute garlic cloves lightly in olive oil.
Add chicken or vegetable stock and fresh tortellini.
Cook until tortellini is tender (about 8 to 10 minutes).
