Quick Doughnuts
Quick Doughnuts is an moderately easy dinner. Made with 2 c sifted self rising flour, 3 tbsp sugar, 1/3 c butter, 1 egg and about 1/2 c milk, this recipe delivers authentic, satisfying flavors. A crowd-pleaser that never disappoints.

Mix flour, sugar and butter.
Beat egg in measuring cup; add enough milk to make 2/3 c. Mix flour mixture and egg mixture.
Turn out onto lightly floured pastry sheet.
Knead just until smooth. Roll dough to about 1/4-inch thick and cut with doughnut cutter. Deep fry for 3-4 minutes at 450Β°.
Drain on paper towels.
Sift confectioners sugar over doughnuts.
Makes about 15 doughnuts.
