Quesadillas
Quesadillas is an moderately easy dinner. Made with 8 flour tortillas, 3/4 c. cheese, shredded, 2 to 3 slices bacon, cooked and crumbled, 1 small tomato, finely chopped and 1/4 c. finely chopped green onions (optional), this recipe delivers authentic, satisfying flavors. Great for entertaining guests or a cozy night in.

Combine cheese, bacon, tomato, onions and ham in a bowl.
Mix well.
Sprinkle mixture evenly over half the tortillas to within 1/2 inch of edge.
Top with remaining tortillas.
Spray skillet with Pam.
Cook quesadillas 1 to 2 minutes on each side until lightly browned and cheese melts.
Cut into four wedges each. Serve with shredded lettuce, sour cream, and/or guacamole.
