Quesadilla Casserole
Quesadilla Casserole is an moderately easy dinner. Made with 1/2 lb. cheddar, mozzarella and monterey jack cheese, 6 large flour tortillas, 1 medium onion, chopped or diced, 1 (4 oz.) can green chilies, minced and 1 (28 oz.) can tomatoes, this recipe delivers authentic, satisfying flavors. An easy weeknight meal that comes together quickly.
Oil a 13 x 9-inch pan.
Layer tortillas on bottom of pan.
Put cheese on top of tortillas, then layer of hamburger.
Place another layer of tortillas.
Top with cheese and hamburger.
Blend remaining ingredients and pour over top of last layer.
Bake at 425Β° for 25 to 30 minutes.
