Pumpkin Muffins
Pumpkin Muffins is an impressive dinner. Made with 1 c. sugar, 1/4 c. vegetable oil, 2 eggs, 3/4 c. canned pumpkin and 1 1/2 c. all-purpose flour, this recipe delivers authentic, satisfying flavors. A comforting dish that warms the soul.
Preheat oven to 400Β°.
Generously grease a 12-cup muffin tin. Mix sugar, oil, eggs and pumpkin.
Sift together flour, baking powder, baking soda and spices.
