Pretzel Salad
Pretzel Salad is an moderately easy dinner. Made with 2 c. thin pretzels, 1 1/2 sticks butter, 3 tbsp. sugar, 12 oz. cool whip and 2 c. hot water, this recipe delivers authentic, satisfying flavors. Perfect for family dinners and special occasions.

Break pretzels and place in a 9 x 13-inch pan.
Melt 1 1/2 sticks butter and 3 tablespoons sugar together.
Pour over pretzels.
Bake 8 minutes at 400Β°; let cool, then break up with knife.
Mix together the cream cheese, 1/2 cup sugar, drained pineapple and Cool Whip.
Spread over pretzels.
Mix strawberry Jell-O and 2 cups hot water.
Add frozen strawberries.
Allow to jell slightly and pour over cream cheese mixture.
Refrigerate. Lasts up to a week.
