Pretzel Fried Chicken is an easy dinner. Made with 3 lb. fryer, cut up, 2 eggs, beaten, 1/2 c. milk, 3 c. finely crushed pretzels and vegetable oil (for frying), this recipe delivers authentic, satisfying flavors. A classic recipe that has been enjoyed for generations.

Dry chicken with paper towels. Combine eggs and milk in a large bowl.
Place pretzel crumbs in a large bag.
Dip chicken in milk mixture, then place in bag with pretzel crumbs and shake until coated well. Fry chicken in 350° oil until golden brown (approximately 10 minutes per side).
Wrap pieces in aluminum foil and place in baking dish.
Bake at 300° for 35 minutes until done.
