Potato Soup
Potato Soup is an moderately easy dinner. Made with 8 to 10 large potatoes, 1 large onion, diced, 2 tbsp. parsley, water and 1/2 stick butter, this recipe delivers authentic, satisfying flavors. Bursting with flavor in every bite.

Peel and cut up potatoes.
Cook with parsley and onion until vegetables are tender.
Drain off water.
Add milk and 1/2 stick of butter.
Salt and pepper to taste.
(Amount of milk added depends on desired consistency of soup.)
Simmer 30 minutes or so to heat thoroughly and blend flavors.
Serve with crackers and sliced Cheddar cheese.
