Potato Salad
Potato Salad is an easy dinner. Made with 5 lb. potatoes, salt, 1 doz. eggs and 2 c. mayonnaise, this recipe delivers authentic, satisfying flavors. A crowd-pleaser that never disappoints.

Peel and cut up potatoes. Place in a pot with enough water to cover them. Salt to taste and boil until done. While the potatoes are cooking, put the eggs on to boil. When potatoes are done, drain the water off and place in a large bowl; peel the eggs and add them and the mayonnaise to the potatoes. Mix well.
