Potato Casserole
Potato Casserole is an moderately easy dinner. Made with 3 (12 oz.) pkg. frozen hash brown potatoes, thawed, 8 oz. grated sharp cheese, 1/2 c. melted margarine, 2 (16 oz.) cartons sour cream and 1 medium chopped onion, this recipe delivers authentic, satisfying flavors. A comforting dish that warms the soul.

Mix potatoes, cheese, margarine, sour cream, onion, soup, salt and pepper.
Put into casserole dish.
Mix 1/2 cup margarine with cornflakes.
Put on top of casserole.
Bake at 350Β° for 45 minutes.
(May be prepared ahead of time and frozen.)
