Brown pork chops at 300Β° in electric frying pan . Take chops out.
Simmer 6 beef bouillon cubes and 3 cups boiling water.
Stir and dissolve.
Add rice, celery, onion, ketchup, salt and pepper. Mix.
Place chops on top.
Can also be topped with onions, peppers or tomatoes.
Cook; simmer 45 to 50 minutes.
Add water if necessary.
