Pork Chop Schnitzel(John'S Favorite) is an moderately easy dinner. Made with 6 chops, fat removed, flour for breading, 1 lemon, peeled and sliced thin, 2 tbsp. beef bouillon and water, this recipe delivers authentic, satisfying flavors. Great for entertaining guests or a cozy night in.

Bread chops in flour; brown.
Place one layer in baking dish. Put a slice of lemon on each chop.
Add a slice or 2 of onion.
Do the same with the next layer.
Cover with mushrooms and just enough water to cover, along with the mushroom juice.
Add beef bouillon, cover and bake 1 1/2 hours at 350Β°.
