Polka-Dotted Macaroni And Cheese is an easy family-friendly dish. Cook macaroni as directed on package.
Drain and pour into ungreased 10 x 6 x 1 1/2-inch baking dish.
Stir soup, milk and Worcestershire sauce into macaroni.
Cut frankfurters crosswise into very thin slices and arrange on top of macaroni mixture. Bake uncovered 25 minutes at 375Β° or until hot and bubbly.
