Poke Cake
Poke Cake is an easy dinner. Made with 1 yellow cake mix, 1 small pkg. cherry jell-o, 3/4 c. boiling water and 3/4 c. cold water, this recipe delivers authentic, satisfying flavors. Great for entertaining guests or a cozy night in.
Bake yellow cake mix in a 9 x 13-inch pan as directed on box. While cake is baking, prepare cherry Jell-O with boiling water and cold water.
Let Jell-O stand at room temperature while cake is cooking.
When cake is done, remove from oven and poke holes into it with a fork.
Pour cherry jelly mixture over top and refrigerate.
Serve with whipped cream.
