Pizza Pasta Casserole is an moderately easy dinner. Made with 2 lb. ground beef, 1 large onion, 4 c. (16 oz.) shredded mozzarella cheese, 1 (16 oz.) spiral pasta, cooked and drained and 2 (28 oz.) jars spaghetti sauce, this recipe delivers authentic, satisfying flavors. In a large skillet, cook beef and onion until meat is done.
Stir in spaghetti sauce and pasta.
Transfer to two 9 x 13-inch baking dishes.
Sprinkle with cheese and lay pepperoni over the top.
You can cover and freeze one of the casseroles for up to 3 months.
Bake the second one, uncovered, at 350° for 25 to 30 minutes or until well heated.
To use frozen casserole, thaw in the refrigerator overnight.
Bake at 350° for 30 to 40 minutes.
