Pizza Chicken
Pizza Chicken is an easy dinner. Made with 6 thighs or about 2 lb. chicken, 1 (16 oz.) can tomato sauce, 1 (16 oz.) can water and oregano and garlic to taste, this recipe delivers authentic, satisfying flavors. Packed with nutrients and delicious flavors.
Soak chicken in tomato juice mixture for about 1 hour. Preheat oven to 350Β°.
Spray an 11 x 13-inch pan with a nonstick spray.
Sprinkle skin side of chicken with garlic and lay chicken in pan.
Sprinkle top side with garlic and oregano and pour tomato mixture over chicken.
Bake for 1 hour.
Turn chicken over and sprinkle again with garlic and oregano for another 1/2 hour.
Use the juice to baste chicken during the last 1/2 hour and use as sauce over rice or noodles.
