Cut loaf in half lengthwise.
Combine tomato paste, Parmesan cheese, onion, oregano, salt and 1/8 tsp. pepper.
Add meat; mix well.
Spread on each loaf halves.
Place on baking sheet.
Bake at 400Β° for 20 minutes.
Remove from oven; top with tomato slices and green pepper rings.
Sprinkle cheese over tomatoes.
