Pita Pizza
Pita Pizza is an moderately easy baked good you can prepare in about 1 hour. Made with pita bread (6 inch), halved, c. sauce (commercial pizza or spaghetti), c. vegetables (thinly sliced raw mushrooms, onions, green peppers), . Wash and slice all raw vegetables.
Heat oven to 400Β°.
Half each pita bread and toast on both sides until golden brown.
Spread each half with 2 tablespoons sauce, 1/2 of vegetable mix, 1/6 cup Mozzarella cheese, 1/2 teaspoon Parmesan cheese and 1/2 tablespoon olives.
