Pink Christmas Salad
Pink Christmas Salad is an moderately easy dinner. Made with 1 (8 oz.) pkg. cream cheese, softened, 2 to 3 tbsp. salad dressing, 2 to 3 tbsp. sugar, 2 (16 oz.) cans jellied cranberry sauce and 1 (8 1/2 oz.) can crushed pineapple with juice, this recipe delivers authentic, satisfying flavors. Bursting with flavor in every bite.
Blend softened cream cheese, salad dressing, sugar, cranberry sauce, pineapple and nuts.
Mix well.
Fold in Cool Whip.
Place paper baking cups in muffin pans.
Fill with salad mixture. Freeze.
When frozen, remove from muffin pans and store in plastic bags (or freezer containers) in freezer.
Serve frozen or very slightly thawed.
