Pineapple Chicken(China)
Pineapple Chicken(China) is an impressive dinner you can prepare in about 2 hours 6 minutes. Add some water to the cornstarch; stir into paste.
Set aside. Heat a wok.
Add the oil, then the ginger, garlic and chicken. Fry them for a while, then add soy sauce, wine and 1 teaspoon sugar.
Fry for awhile, then cover the wok.
Cook for 4 to 5 minutes.
Uncover; fry a little more.
Add the pineapple.
Fry a little more.
Add rest of sugar.
Cook for 30 seconds.
Add the scallions and fry awhile.
At last, add the paste; cook for a few seconds until the paste is cooked.
