Pepper Steak
Pepper Steak is an moderately easy dinner. Made with 1 1/2 to 2 lb. flank steak, thinly sliced, 1 chopped onion, 1 pkg. mccormick brown gravy mix, 1 1/4 c. water and 1 tbsp. soy sauce, this recipe delivers authentic, satisfying flavors. A classic recipe that has been enjoyed for generations.

Brown steak and onion in tablespoon of oil.
Stir in gravy mix, 1 1/4 cups water and soy sauce.
Stir until thickened.
Cover and simmer 30 minutes. Add green peppers and tomato wedges. Simmer 10 minutes. Serve over rice.
