Pecan Tarts is an easy dinner. Made with 1/2 c. butter or margarine, 1 (3 oz.) cream cheese, 1 c. flour (all-purpose) and pinch of salt, this recipe delivers authentic, satisfying flavors. A crowd-pleaser that never disappoints.
