Peach Pickles
Peach Pickles is an easy dinner. Made with 4 qt. peaches (clingstone), 3 lb. sugar, 3 c. cider vinegar, 4 (3-inch) sticks cinnamon and 4 tsp. whole cloves, this recipe delivers authentic, satisfying flavors. An easy weeknight meal that comes together quickly.

Put peaches in large strainer and dip into boiling water for about 1/2 minute. Rinse with cold water and peel. Boil sugar, vinegar and cinnamon 20 minutes. Place 5 or 6 peaches at a time in syrup and boil 5 minutes (or until tender).
Pack in hot jars. Add 1 teaspoon cloves to each jar.
Fil with hot syrup and seal.
