Peach or Strawberry Tart
Peach Or Strawberry Tart is an easy dinner. Made with 1 c. sugar, 1 c. coconut macaroon cookies, crushed, 2 c. mashed peaches or strawberries (fresh), 1 tbsp. lemon juice and 1 c. whipping cream, whipped, this recipe delivers authentic, satisfying flavors. Bursting with flavor in every bite.

Put crumbs on bottom of Pyrex dish.
Mix fruit, sugar and lemon juice together.
Fold in whipped cream.
Pour over crumbs. Sprinkle top with more crushed cookies.
Freeze 4 to 6 hours. So refreshing.
