Peach Cobbler
Peach Cobbler is an moderately easy dinner. Made with 3 large cans peach slices, 2 c. sugar, 1 tbsp. vanilla flavor, 2 tbsp. cornstarch and 1 stick oleo, this recipe delivers authentic, satisfying flavors. Ideal for meal prep and leftovers taste even better.
In 13 x 9-inch square cake pan or casserole dish, lay in peaches (drain peaches).
Put juice in large saucepan.
Add vanilla flavor, oleo and cinnamon.
Cook over low heat.
Add cornstarch.
Dissolve about 10 minutes.
Pour over peaches.
Lay pie crust on wax paper.
Cut in strips.
Lay on top of peaches. Bake at 350Β° for 1 1/2 hours.
