Pancakes - Thin is an easy dinner. Made with 1 c. flour, 1/2 tsp. salt, 1 1/2 c. milk and 3 beaten eggs, this recipe delivers authentic, satisfying flavors. Simple to make and full of bold, satisfying flavors.

Sift together flour and salt.
Add milk and eggs.
Cook pancakes one at a time in a medium skillet using 1/2 tablespoon of butter, piping hot.
Pour 1/4 cup (slight) batter in skillet and tip skillet to allow thin batter to coat the skillet.
When brown on one side, turn and brown other side.
Turn out on plate.
Spread with sugar or jelly and roll up.
