Oyster Soup

Heat oil and brown flour to make roux.
Add finely chopped onion and onion tops.
Cook until onions begin to melt.
Add 1/2 of water; cover and cook 10 minutes or until onions are soft.
Add oysters, parsley, salt and pepper; cook and add remaining water or more if you like lots of juice.
Add spaghetti and cook 3 to 5 minutes.
