Oven Roasted Potatoes is an easy dinner. Made with 1 envelope lipton onion soup mix, 2 lb. all-purpose potatoes, cut into large chunks and 1/3 c. vegetable oil, this recipe delivers authentic, satisfying flavors. Ideal for meal prep and leftovers taste even better.

In large plastic bag, add all ingredients.
Close bag and shake, coating all potatoes.
Empty bag into a shallow baking pan (spray pan).

Garnish with fresh parsley if desired.
