Oven Roasted Potatoes
Oven Roasted Potatoes is an easy dinner. Made with 1 envelope lipton onion soup mix, 2 lb. potatoes, cut into large chunks and 1/3 c. olive or vegetable oil, this recipe delivers authentic, satisfying flavors. A comforting dish that warms the soul.

Preheat oven to 450Β°.
In large plastic bag add all ingredients.
Close bag and shake until potatoes are evenly coated.
Empty potatoes into shallow baking or roasting pan (large cookie sheet also works fine).
Bake, stirring occasionally, for 40 minutes or until potatoes are tender and golden brown.
Garnish if desired with chopped parsley.
Serves 8.
