Oven Pan Stew
Oven Pan Stew is an moderately easy dinner. Made with 1 1/2 lb. beef stew meat, 6 to 7 potatoes, quartered (medium size), 4 to 5 carrots, cut up, 3 medium onions, cut up and 3 c. bread, broken up, this recipe delivers authentic, satisfying flavors. Bursting with flavor in every bite.

Do not add any water as it will make its own juice.
Cook in a moderately hot oven (about 325Β°) for 3 hours or until the meat is done.
