Oven-Fried Chicken
Oven-Fried Chicken is an moderately easy dinner. Made with boned, skinned chicken breasts or 2 (1 1/2 lb.) broilers, 1/2 c. oil, 1 tsp. lawry's seasoned salt, freshly ground pepper and 1 clove garlic, minced (optional), this recipe delivers authentic, satisfying flavors. Cover a cookie tin with aluminum foil.
Cut the broilers (if using) into quarters.
Season the oil with Lawry's salt (can use regular pepper), pepper, paprika and garlic.
Using a pastry brush, apply the seasoned oil to the chicken pieces; roll them in the corn flake crumbs.
Place the chicken pieces in shallow pan. Bake in a 350Β° oven for 1 1/4 hours.
