Ortega Chili Casserole
Ortega Chili Casserole is an moderately easy dinner. Made with 1 large (7 oz.) can diced ortega chilies, 3 medium zucchini, sliced thinly, 1 1/2 c. grated monterey jack cheese, 1 egg and 2/3 c. milk, this recipe delivers authentic, satisfying flavors. Packed with nutrients and delicious flavors.

Grease an 8 x 8-inch pan.
Layer Ortega chilies, zucchini and cheese.
Repeat 3 times.
Beat eggs, milk, salt and pepper to taste.
Add Bisquick to egg mix.
Mix well.
Pour over zucchini. Bake at 350Β° for 1 hour.
Place in 9 x 13-inch pan.
