Oriental-Style Orange Slaw
Oriental-Style Orange Slaw is an moderately easy dinner. Made with 4 c. mixed shredded red and/or green cabbage, 2 navel oranges, peeled and cut into bite-sized pieces, 1- 8 0z. can sliced water chestnuts, drained, 2 green onions chopped and 1- 3 oz. pkg. ramen nooddle soup mix any flavor, this recipe delivers authentic, satisfying flavors. A crowd-pleaser that never disappoints.

In a bowl, toss together shredded cabbage, oranges, water chestnuts and onions.
Reserve broth packet from soup mix for another use.
Crumble noodles into salad.
Pour enough Sweet and Sour Dressing over mixture to moisten, toss well to coat with dressing.
Cover and chill 30 minutes or more before serving to allow flavors to blend. Makes 8 servings each with 96 calories, 2g. fat and 0 mg. cholesterol.
