Mix vinegar, sugar, dressing and flavor packets from noodles together, microwave for 30 seconds, and refrigerate.
Crush noodles and mix with slaw mix, sunflower seeds and broccoli in a large bowl.
Pour liquid over salad mix and refrigerate.
