Orange-Pineapple Bread
Orange-Pineapple Bread is an moderately easy dinner. Made with 1 small can pineapple chunks, 1 c. chopped dates, 1 jar simply fruit orange jam, 1/2 c. boiling water and 1/3 c. honey, this recipe delivers authentic, satisfying flavors. Simple to make and full of bold, satisfying flavors.

Preheat oven to 325Β°.
Boil water and put in dates.
Turn down to simmer; cover and set aside.
Combine orange jam, pineapple, honey, egg whites and vanilla.
Remove dates from steaming water and mix with mixture.
Sift flours, soda and salt.
Add the orange mixture to the flour mixture.
Fill two bread loaf pans half full. Bake for 30 minutes or until a toothpick comes out clean.
