Oodles Shrimp Stir-Fry
Oodles Shrimp Stir-Fry is an moderately easy dinner. Made with 2 pkg. oriental flavor oodles of noodles (or ramen noodles), 2 tbsp. oil, 2 large onions, sliced, 1 to 2 sliced carrots, slightly cooked and mushrooms (optional), this recipe delivers authentic, satisfying flavors. An easy weeknight meal that comes together quickly.
Cook noodles in 3 cups boiling water for 3 minutes. Rinse with cold water and drain.
Heat oil in skillet.
Stir-fry onions until softened. Add carrots and mushrooms and stir-fry until onions are slightly brown (may also add slightly cooked broccoli).
Remove vegetables from skillet and stir-fry shrimp.
Replace veggies and add noodles, seasonings, lemon juice and 1/4 cup water.
Toss and heat through.
Serve with sesame seed and lemon wedges.
