Onion Roasted Potatoes is an easy dinner. Made with 1 envelope lipton onion soup mix, 2 lb. potatoes, cut into large chunks and 1/3 c. olive or vegetable oil*, this recipe delivers authentic, satisfying flavors. An easy weeknight meal that comes together quickly.

Preheat oven to 450Β°.
In plastic bag, add all ingredients. Shake until potatoes are evenly coated.
Empty contents into shallow baking dish.
Bake, stirring occasionally, for 40 minutes or until potatoes are tender and golden brown.
Garnish with chopped parsley if desired.
Makes about 8 servings.
