One-Pan Blueberry Cobbler
One-Pan Blueberry Cobbler is an easy dinner. Made with 1/4 c. (1/2 stick) margarine or butter, 2/3 c. milk, 1 1/2 c. bisquick, 1 c. sugar and 1 (21 oz.) can blueberry or strawberry pie filling (may use 1 1/2 pints fresh blueberries or strawberries), this recipe delivers authentic, satisfying flavors. Bursting with flavor in every bite.
Heat oven to 400Β°.
Melt margarine in an 11 x 7-inch baking pan.
Add milk, Bisquick and sugar.
Stir until smooth.
Drop spoonfuls of filling over batter.
Bake 30 to 35 minutes, until golden brown.
