Oatmeal Muffins
Oatmeal Muffins is an impressive dessert you can prepare in about 1 hour 10 minutes. Made with c. quick quaker oats, c. buttermilk, c. raisins, c. brown sugar and eggs, this recipe delivers authentic, satisfying flavors. A comforting dish that warms the soul.
Combine the oats and buttermilk to soften for 1/2 hour.
Mix slightly beaten eggs with oatmeal and buttermilk after softening. Add to dry ingredients.
Add oil last.
Bake in greased muffin pans for 15 minutes at 400Β°.
Dough will keep in refrigerator for 5 weeks.
(Bake a little longer if taken from refrigerator.)
