No Cook Chocolate Fudge is an easy dinner. Made with 2 (3 oz.) pkg. cream cheese, 1 lb. confectioners sugar, 4 (1 oz.) pkg. premelted chocolate, 1/2 tsp. vanilla and 2/3 c. chopped nuts, this recipe delivers authentic, satisfying flavors. Great for entertaining guests or a cozy night in.

Grease pan.
Put cream cheese in bowl; let stand at room temperature.
When the cheese is soft, gradually add one half pound confectioners sugar; stir constantly.
Add chocolate and vanilla.
Mix thoroughly.
Gradually add other half of sugar. Stir until smooth.
Stir in nuts.
Spread in pan.
Place in refrigerator for 2 hours or more.
Makes about 36 pieces.
