No Bake Coconut Cake
No Bake Coconut Cake is an moderately easy dessert you can prepare in about 2 hours 20 minutes. Made with envelope knox gelatin, c. cold water, egg yolks (save whites), c. sugar and . flour, this recipe delivers authentic, satisfying flavors. Bursting with flavor in every bite.
Sprinkle gelatin over cold water to soften.
Cook egg yolks, sugar and flour until smooth.
Add salt and gradually add milk. Cook slowly until coats spoon.
Stir in gelatin. Refrigerate 1 hour until cool. Beat egg whites; fold in cooled custard. Tear cake into small pieces.
Use half to cover bottom of sheet cake pan.
Pour half of custard over cake pieces. Sprinkle half of coconut over that.
Put rest of cake, then rest of custard, then coconut.
Put Dream Whip, that has been made by directions.
