No-Bake Banana Bars
No-Bake Banana Bars is an moderately easy dinner. Made with 2 bananas, cut into bite size pieces, 3 c. low-fat granola cereal, 1 1/2 c. marshmallows, 1/2 c. peanut butter and 2 tbsp. orange-banana juice, this recipe delivers authentic, satisfying flavors. A crowd-pleaser that never disappoints.

Grease a 13 x 9-inch baking pan.
In a large bowl, combine bananas and granola.
Set aside.
In small saucepan over medium heat, combine marshmallows, peanut butter, juice, margarine and cinnamon.
Cook, stirring constantly, 3 to 5 minutes or until marshmallows are melted.
Pour marshmallow mixture over granola and mix well.
Press into prepared pan.
Refrigerate 2 hours.
