Mushroom-Bacon Burgers
Mushroom-Bacon Burgers is an moderately easy dinner. Made with 1 lb. ground beef, 1 (3 oz.) can drained and chopped mushrooms (about 1/2 c.), 4 slices bacon, crisp cooked, drained and crumbled, 2 tbsp. sliced green onions and 1 tsp. worcestershire sauce, this recipe delivers authentic, satisfying flavors. Combine ground beef, mushrooms, bacon, onions, Worcestershire and salt; mix thoroughly.
Shape into 4 patties.
Broil for 8 to 10 minutes.
Turn; broil 8 to 10 minutes more, or to desired doneness.
Serve on split, toasted buns with additional green onions, if desired.
