Mother's Christmas Cranberry Salad
Mother'S Christmas Cranberry Salad is an easy dinner. Made with 1 (6 oz.) and 1 (3 oz.) box orange jello, 1 (14 or 16 oz.) bag fresh cranberries, 1 1/2 c. finely chopped celery, 1 c. chopped pecans and 2 c. sugar or to taste, this recipe delivers authentic, satisfying flavors. Packed with nutrients and delicious flavors.

Make jello according to directions on boxes, using only 4 cups water.
Jell slightly.
Clean cranberries and chop in food processor.
Put sugar on cranberries and let set until jello is slightly jelled.
Add cranberries, celery and nuts to jello.
Let jell until firm.
When firm, mix 1/4 cup sugar in 8 ounces sour cream and spread over top.
Garnish with a few orange slices or cherries or canned whole cranberries.
Serves 10 to 12.
