Mix in a large dishpan.
Cream butter, peanut butter and sugar; add vanilla, eggs and syrup.
Mix in rest of ingredients and mix well.
Drop by large spoonfuls on greased cookie sheets, about 6 to a sheet, and flatten with a glass.
Bake at 350Β° for 12 minutes.
