Mint Sandwich
Mint Sandwich is an easy dinner. Made with 3 1/2 c. dark chocolate wafers, 2 c. green chocolate wafers, peppermint oil and 2 tbsp. coconut oil, this recipe delivers authentic, satisfying flavors. Great for entertaining guests or a cozy night in.
Melt chocolate wafers in separate double boiler over hot water.
Add 1 tablespoon coconut oil to each pot of dark chocolate.
Add a few drops of peppermint to green chocolates.
Thinly spread 1/2 of dark chocolate on waxed paper on a cookie sheet.
Wait until layer is firm, then spread pot of green chocolate thinly over the dark chocolate.
Wait until green is almost firm, then spread remaining dark chocolate over the green.
Let candy harden.
Cut with sharp knife dipped into hot water and then dried or just break into pieces.
