Miniature Pizzas (Microwave)
Miniature Pizzas (Microwave) is an moderately easy dinner. Made with 1/4 c. catsup, 1 tsp. dried oregano leaves, 1 tsp. wine vinegar, 1/2 tsp. onion powder and 1/4 tsp. sugar, this recipe delivers authentic, satisfying flavors. A classic recipe that has been enjoyed for generations.

Mix catsup, oregano, vinegar, onion powder, sugar and pepper. Spread 1/4 on each muffin half.
Top with 1/4 of the pepperoni. Place 1 tablespoon of Mozzarella on each muffin half.
Sprinkle with Parmesan cheese.
Place on single layer of paper toweling on carousel or on double layer of paper toweling on dinner plate. Microwave on High (100%) until cheese is melted and filling is heated through, 1 minute to 2 minutes and 15 seconds.
If using oven other than carousel, rotate plate and rearrange muffins after half the cooking time.
Cut each muffin half into 4 wedges. Yields 16 appetizers.
