Mini Cheesecakes
Mini Cheesecakes is an easy dinner. Made with 12 vanilla wafers, 1/2 c. sugar, 2 eggs, 2 (8 oz.) pkg. cream cheese and 1 tsp. vanilla, this recipe delivers authentic, satisfying flavors. A classic recipe that has been enjoyed for generations.

Heat oven to 325Β°.
Line muffin pan with paper baking cups. Place one vanilla wafer in the bottom of each cup.
Mix cream cheese, sugar and vanilla.
Add eggs and mix well.
Fill cups 3/4 full.
Bake 25 minutes.
Top with fruit of your choice and enjoy.
